Ordering securely online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All of your credit or debit card purchases are processed by Worldpay (www.worldpay.co.uk)) on our behalf, using their secure processing technology. Your credit card information is encrypted using 128bit SSL technology as it is transmitted to Worldpay for authorisation and the response is securely returned to us. At no time are your credit or debit card details ever seen by any member of our staff or stored on any of our systems.

Return, refund & cancellation policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is dispatched from our offices. In the event that you are not satisfied with the goods, or they are faulty, and you inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return the goods to us for a full refund or replacement. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Delivery information

Delivery charges are clearly shown during the checkout process. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible and within 14 days to the address confirmed on your order.

Prices

Goods are quoted in UK £'s and charged at price shown on the shop page on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
